PURCHASES:Purchaser may choose any of the two available ordering options: straight purchase ("SP") and gift check ("GC"). In SP, purchaser shall proceed immediately to checkout, after the selection of products and shipping options. This option entitles purchaser to applicable discounts available at the time of purchase. For GC, purchaser shall select any of the fixed denominations available to purchase as gift to recipient. Upon selection of the preferred denomination, purchaser shall proceed immediately to checkout to which a unique GC code is generated. The GC code can be used by the recipient in a single transaction to purchase any product in the Web Site, including shipping costs until such amount is used up or maximized.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS: When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. Note that delivery dates may change without prior notice due to certain logistical contingencies that affect shipping.All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
